Syracuse University to cut 93 low-enrolment academic programmes, focus on high-demand courses

Syracuse University is cutting 93 academic programmes, including degrees and certificates, to better align its offerings with student demand. This strategic move, not driven by financial issues, aims to create a more focused curriculum. Officials noted low enrolment in many of these programmes, with over half having no students. All current students will complete their studies uninterrupted.
