iPhone 18 Pro series will soon receive a new software update, which will fix the rebooting and freezing issues, Apple confirmed to 9to5Mac in a statement. The issue was first reported last week when users complained that their iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max models froze and began rebooting after a failed unlock attempt via the Face ID sensor. The report highlights that Apple is aware of the issue and is currently working on a new iOS 27 update, which will be rolled out to the flagship iPhone 18 Pro series next week.
