UGC-NET June 2026: NTA orders re-test for English, Commerce and Sociology after flawed papers

The NTA will re-conduct UGC-NET June 2026 exams for English, Commerce and Sociology on September 9 and 10 after an expert review found factual, language, translation and repeated-question errors. Candidates will not be charged again. The agency said the re-test will not affect results, JRF allocation or eligibility processes for the other 84 subjects.
